Like the T-bone, this full-bodied cut combines the delicate, buttery tenderloin steak on one side of the bone; and the marbled strip on the other. Our legendary Porterhouse, however, is hand cut from the larger end of our prime aged short loins, in order to include more tenderloin. Prime Meats aged Porterhouse is bound to please the most knowledgeable steak connoisseur.
