In our USDA, HACCP certified processing plant, master butchers hand-process meat cuts that represent unique “Center – Of – The – Plate” portion-controlled solutions for Chefs. This service provides several savings for our Cus tomers: COST & RISK reduction, TIME saving, LESS waste, and a CONSISTENT yield.
In order to satisfy our Customers needs with a convenient frequency of deliveries and customer service: daily local routes and interstate routes are scheduled once or more times per week. We are distributing orders in more than 10 states. Our distribution center is also USDA and HACCP certified.
Our experienced Sales & Distribution team pursues a win-win partnership, and we provide a 7 day/week service to resolve Customers’ needs and challenges. In this way, we are able to develop scenarios that align the needed sourcing and service benefits, ensuring that both companies grow with good profitability.
